Since 2008, TTY has continued to hold the Summer Internship Program (SIP) for 15 consecutive years, which is aimed at students in the third or fourth year of majoring in Pharmaceutical Sciences, and holds a number of briefings and group interviews, along with course content planning and project management learning. TTY is a professional and forward-looking international pharmaceutical company, bringing students with industry experience beyond the classroom. In the past over 10 years, there is a total number of 391 students was benefited.
Summer internship contents include professional training courses covering major aspects of the biotech industry value chain. TTY professional internal instructors serve as educators and chief executives are enlisted to share career advice and give lectures on specific topics. The second part of the internship consists of practical training to familiarize participants with the actual internal operations of the company. Based on their personal preferences, students are assigned to different departments for practice-oriented training. In the final stage of their internship, students are required to deliver topic-centered briefings and share their insights under guidance from unit executives. Internship contents are characterized by a simultaneous focus on theory and practice and have received wide acclaim from professors of numerous universities.
The goal of these programs is to reduce the distance between theory and practice and enable students to broaden their horizons and get a better understanding of their inner potential and future career direction. At the same time, they create a pool of potential talent for the company and win-win situations of both sides.
